By participating in the survey, you can express your satisfaction or complaints about the products and services offered by Victoria’s Secret. Once you have finished answering all of the survey questions, you can also get a validation code, which can be written on the receipt used to redeem for a special discount the next time you go shopping at Victoria’s Secret.

Instruction

1. Visit the website of the Victoria’s Secret customer satisfaction survey, and choose the language in which you want to take the survey: English or Spanish (see Resource below).
2. Enter the 16-digit invitation number printed on your sales receipt, and click on “Start”.
3. Answer each question according to your last Victoria’s Secret shopping experience.
4. Once you have finished answering all of the questions, you will get a validation code, which you should then write down on your receipt. This can be redeemed for a discount off your next purchase at Victoria’s Secret.
