The Albertsons’ Customer Satisfaction Survey is a consumer feedback questionnaire that has been created to measure how satisfied you are with the service and quality of products you get when you shop at Albertsons. Albertsons values your opinion and want to know what you think so they can improve their stores.

By participating in the Albertsons’ Customer Satisfaction Survey you will help Albertsons learn how they can improve their customer service, product range and store atmosphere. Also, by participating in the Albertsons’ Customer Satisfaction Survey you will be eligible to enter a sweepstakes to win a $100 Albertsons gift card.

1. Go to the Albertsons’ Customer Satisfaction Survey website at Resource.
2. Enter the location of the Albertsons you visited along with the date and time of day of your visit, as well as your e-mail address and cashier number. The cashier number will be printed on your sales receipt. (Consult diagram on webpage.)
3. Click on the button marked “Next Page.”
4. Answer the survey questions.
5. Enter your personal information to enter the sweepstakes.
