Participate In Walmart Canada In-Store Satisfaction Survey

The Walmart Canada In-Store Satisfaction Survey is a feedback questionnaire used to measure how you feel about the Walmart Canada store at which you have most recently shopped. If you have received a survey invitation from Walmart printed on your receipt, you can take it and complete the survey within 14 days of your shopping date. It only takes you approximately 15 minutes to finish the survey.

By participating in the survey, you can express your satisfaction or complaints about the products and services they offer. After finishing the survey, you will receive the chance to enter an online quarterly sweepstakes. The online survey sweepstakes entry period lasts from August 30, 2010 to July 31, 2011. At the end of the entry period, there will be three lucky winners selected by a random drawing each of whom will win a CDN $1,000 Walmart gift card.

Instruction

1. Go to the Walmart Canada In-Store Satisfaction Survey website at Resource below.
2. Select your preferred language first, English or French, read the survey instructions, and then click on “continue” to move on.
3. Enter the 6-digit postal code of your residence, click “continue”, then enter the store number, TC number and visit date as shown on the front of your receipt, and start filling out the survey.
4. After you finish the survey, you will automatically receive an online entry into the quarterly sweepstakes and have the chance to win a CDN $1,000 Walmart gift card.
