Take a Member Experience Survey at Sam’s Club

Currently, Sam’s Club is conducting the Sam’s Club Member Experience Survey, which is a customer feedback questionnaire designed to measure how satisfied customers are with the products and service they have received at Sam’s Club. By taking the survey, you become eligible to enter a sweepstakes that offers a $1,000 Sam’s Club gift card as the grand prize.
