- Go to the Kmart Feedback survey website (Resource below).
- Select the language in which you would like to take the survey, English or Spanish.
- Enter the 19 digit receipt number printed on your Kmart receipt, then click on the button marked “Next.”
- Answer the questions according to your shopping experience.
