Take Part in the Boots Customer Satisfaction Survey

The Boots Survey is a customer satisfaction questionnaire designed to collect your feedbacks on your recent shopping experience at a Boots store. With a Boots receipt, you can take part in the survey and tell them what you think about their products and services. The survey is easy and only takes a few minutes to complete.

By taking part in the survey, you will be able to help Boots make improvement on their products, customer service and atmosphere. In addition, by participating in the survey, you can also enter into a monthly prize draw to win either £200 worth of Advantage Card points or a Boots £100 Gift Card.

Instruction

1. Go to the Boots Survey website at Resource below.
2. Type in your 10 or 15-digit survey code which can be founded on your receipt, and then click on the button marked “Enter” to get started.
3. Follow the instructions to answer all the questions and submit your survey.
4. Once completed, you will be automatically entered into a monthly prize draw to win £200 worth of Advantage Card points or a Boots £100 Gift Card.
