Remember to top up online or return the Home Energy Top Up connector to British Gas within 30 days of their sending it to you, otherwise you will be charged £10.

Instruction

1. Go to the British Gas Home Energy Top Up website (see Resource below) and then click on the green button marked “Sign up”.
2. Enter your personal details and your electricity or gas serial number which you can find on your electricity or gas meter into the required places.
3. Tick the box into the required place to indicate that “”I have read the requirements and terms and conditions to be able to use the Home Energy Top Up service”".
4. Select how you heard about Home Energy Top up.
5. If you want to receive information about their products and services through email, tick the box in the required place and then click the green button marked “”Sign up”".
6. Follow the instructions to finish the signing up process and then you can use top up services.
