- Visit the website of Hewlett-Packard at Resource below.
- Select “Support & Drivers” in the top menu of the page.
- Then in the right-hand part of the page, click “HP LaserJet Firmware Update Now Available”.
- In the new page, click “Register” at the top of the page.
- As required, enter the user ID and password you want to use, and create the hint question and hint answer for your HP Passport.
- Provide your personal information, including your name, email address, preferred language and select the region of residence.
- Select whether you want to be contacted by HP via email, postal mail, or phone, and click “Continue”.
- If you’d like to provide business and home contact information, click “Optional Contact Information”, and click “Continue” after typing in the information to finish your registration.
