Register for Your HP Passport for Easier Web Navigation

HP Passport is an internet-based application which allows you to create web profiles. As a single sign-in service, it allows you to register with HP Passport-enabled websites with your HP Passport username and password. It is secure as the profile information is protected by industry-standard encryption technology and strict HP privacy policies.

With HP Password, you will find it is much easier to navigate on the internet. It provides you with access to a wide range of support services such as support tracking, knowledge base, etc. The operation is quite easy, as your basic information including your user ID, password, email address, etc. will be stored so that you will not need to retype the information when you visit the website again.

Instruction

  2. Select “Support & Drivers” in the top menu of the page.
  3. Then in the right-hand part of the page, click “HP LaserJet Firmware Update Now Available”.
  4. In the new page, click “Register” at the top of the page.
  5. As required, enter the user ID and password you want to use, and create the hint question and hint answer for your HP Passport.
  6. Provide your personal information, including your name, email address, preferred language and select the region of residence.
  7. Select whether you want to be contacted by HP via email, postal mail, or phone, and click “Continue”.
  8. If you’d like to provide business and home contact information, click “Optional Contact Information”, and click “Continue” after typing in the information to finish your registration.
