Best Western has now opened an online survey which is supposed to collect opinions and suggestions from its regular customers, especially who have joined in the Best Western Rewards. Share some of your personal information, such as name, email address, and the information of the Best Western hotel which you stay in most often. All the questions will not take more than several minutes to be finished.

If you have joined in the Best Western Rewards and have filled in your Best Western Rewards number, you can get an additional 100 Rewards points from Best Western as a gift for participating in the survey and sharing your impressions on Best Western.   2. Select the language you want to use for the survey from the drop-down list, enter your first and last name with your email address, and your Best Western Rewards number if you have one.
  3. As required, provide the information about the Best Western hotel where you stayed most recently.
  4. When all the information have been entered, click “Begin Survey” to start. It will not take more than 10 minutes to finish all the questions.
