4. Enter your Zip code as required, then click the button “SUBMIT”.
5. Complete contact information as required, and then click “CONTINUE”
6. Enter your security information and click “CONTINUE”.
7. Make your final confirmation about your information and click “CONTINUE”.
8. Choose your interests and complete the enrollment.
