How to Set Up Favorite Channels on Cable One

Cable One is based out of Phoenix, Arizona, and is the 10th largest cable provider in the United States. Considering the company's large customer base, it's not surprising that many people are interested in familiarizing themselves with the less commonly known features of their Cable One box, such as setting up a favorite channels list.

Instruction

1. Turn on your television and cable box.
2.  Hit the red "Menu" button at the very top of your Cable One remote.
3. Move the up and down arrows on your remote to select the "Favorites" option onscreen. Once you have it selected, hit the round button in the center of the navigation arrows; it will be labeled either "OK" or "Select."
4. Choose how you would like the channels to be displayed by highlighting either "By the Numbers" or "By Name."
5. Scroll up or down the list of your channels. When you see a channel that you want to make a favorite, highlight it and press the "Favorites" button on your remote. Channels that you have selected will be displayed in blue.
6. Exit the screen by hitting the "Exit" button. To browse only your favorite channels, hit the "Favorites" button and flip through channels using the up and down arrows.
