The iO rewards card, also knows as the Optimum Rewards card; is service offered to customers of Optimum, a cable, phone and Internet service. If you purchase all three products with Optimum, you are eligible to receive the Optimum Rewards card, which allows you to receive discounts on your phone, television and Internet service.

- Activate your rewards card by going to the Optimum rewards website and clicking "Join Today." Click on the "I would like to create a new Optimum ID" link and click "Continue."
- Enter your Optimum account number, which is located on your monthly statement. Enter your first and last name and your billing zip code and click "Continue."
- Provide your contact information and create a user name and password to register for Optimum Rewards. Once you submit your registration, a rewards card is mailed to you within three weeks. Signing up for membership automatically activates your rewards card for you.
