Superdrug Customer Satisfaction Survey

Superdrug refers to Superdrug Stores PLC which is the second largest beauty and health retailer in the United Kingdom. There are over 890 stores and since 2006, it has started opening stores in the Republic of Ireland. Every Superdrug stores offers perfume. There are over 220 Superdrug stores including pharmacies with pharmacy consultation rooms and even 19 stores that have nurse clinics offering health check-ups for their customers.

The Superdrug Customer Satisfaction Survey is a customer feedback questionnaire created by Superdrug to measure how their customers feel about the products and services they offer. Superdrug customers can participate in the survey online. It is easy, fast and convenient to do.

By participating in the survey, Superdrug customers can receive a 10% off discount coupon if their last purchase at Superdrug was over £10. They can use the coupon the next time they shop at a Superdrug store. Please remember, however, that the coupon should be redeemed within 30 days of the date of the original purchase and it cannot be used with other offer, coupon or discount card.

Instruction

1. Go to the Superdrug Customer Satisfaction Survey website (see Resource below).
2. Fill the 5 digit store number which you can find on your receipt into the required box.
3. Fill the 4 digit receipt number which you can find on your receipt into the required box.
4. Fill the 3 digit Till number which you can find on your receipt into the required box.
5. Fill the purchase amount which you can find on your receipt into the required box.
6. Click the button marked “Start” to continue the survey.
7. Answer the survey questions as instructed. If the money amount on the receipt is over £10 and you have finished the survey, you can use the receipt as a discount coupon.
