1. Go to the British Gas Submit Meter Readings website (see Resource below).
2. Enter your customer reference number which you can find on your recent bills or any letter from British Gas as well as your first name, surname, email address, and telephone number into the required boxes. Select your telephone type from the drop down menu. Then click on the button marked “Next”.
3. Submit your meter reading and confirm your submission and then follow instructions to finish the whole process.
