  • Use My T-Mobile Self-Service
    1. Go to T-Mobile Support website, click “Login / Sign Up” button on the upper right corner. If you have not created your T-Mobile account, “Register for my T-Mobile” first.
    2. For registration process, enter your 10-digit T-mobile phone number and click “send me a password” to request a temporary password.
    3. Enter your phone number together with temporary password to “Log in” to My T-Mobile. You’ll be asked to change to a personalized password after first time log in.
    4. Once logged in, you can use this self-service system to manage your account, check usage of your phone, change your plan and services, make payment, and even upgrade your phone.
  • Use Live-Chat
    1. Go to the T-Mobile Support Live Chat web page.
    2. Provide your basic information, choose a topic area that most relates to your question.
    3. Chat online with a T-Mobile Customer Service specialist, solve your problem in real time.
