- Click “Sign up now”, which is in the right side of the page.
- In the new page, enter and verify your mobile number, indicate your previous wireless carrier, and leave your email address, which is used to verify the credit request.
- When all the information is filled, do not forget to tick the box “I have read and agree to the Eligibility Requirements & Payment Expectations for this site”, and click “Continue”.
- Then you have successfully registered for the service credit. Do not forget to check it up after 60 days since your registration.
