If you have recently brought your mobile number from another carrier to Sprint, you may get a service credit from Sprint with a smartphone or a feature phone. If you move your mobile number to Sprint during the period from May 4, 2011 to October 1, 2011, you can register for your service credit within three days since the port-in activation date. Everyone who has purchased and activated a new line of service online, in a participating Sprint store or via telesales can enjoy the benefits.

You may get a $125 service credit per line for each smartphone, notebook, tablet, mobile broadband device and netbook, or a $50 service credit per line for feature phones and Sprint Phone Connect. Your service credit will be seen as a lump sum in the section of adjustment summary of your invoice. With the label “Valued Customer Service Credit”, the service credit will come into effect on the 61th day since the port-in activation and your registration. Thus, you need to keep the ported line active for 61 days.

  2. Click “Sign up now”, which is in the right side of the page.
  3. In the new page, enter and verify your mobile number, indicate your previous wireless carrier, and leave your email address, which is used to verify the credit request.
  4. When all the information is filled, do not forget to tick the box “I have read and agree to the Eligibility Requirements & Payment Expectations for this site”, and click “Continue”.
  5. Then you have successfully registered for the service credit. Do not forget to check it up after 60 days since your registration.
